My story and what helped:

Upon first experiencing symptoms of electrical hypersensitivity naturally, our initial approach was rooted in Western Medicine. We embarked on a series of visits to the Emergency Room and consulted with various specialists, yet to our surprise, no definitive solution emerged. Despite Doctor assurances of my well-being, I knew deep down that this was not the case.  I then turned to the internet, where there seemed to be a lack of established narratives or accessible information on this subject. Whether due to information suppression by our search engines, or a genuine scarcity of available knowledge, it became evident that I would need to take charge in addressing and overcoming this issue.

Through this process, we came to understand that my symptoms, particularly the seizures and strokes, were a response to the electromagnetic field surrounding me, specifically the radio frequency emissions emanating from nearby Wi-Fi routers, 5G towers, and Smart electronics. This revelation was especially pertinent given my residence in a townhouse. These insights underscore the significance of having access to crucial information when initially encountering electro hypersensitivity.

To begin, it's imperative to assess your environment, considering factors such as electromagnetic cleanliness. Determine if you exhibit any reactions to your surroundings. This can be established through an elimination method: temporarily removing the potential source and observing if your symptoms improve, including any seizures or strokes. Reintroducing the element and monitoring for symptom recurrence offers further insight into your sensitivities. This method aids in discerning your reactivity.

One crucial aspect I wish someone had emphasized when I first grappled with electro-sensitivity is the importance of specific products. It's essential to invest in protective devices designed to mitigate these effects. Below we will run through my TOP 6 essential tools needed for combating this nightmare. #1:  Dr. Joseph Mercola's book proves invaluable. It meticulously presents scientifically documented research on electromagnetic fields, drawing from a community of experts. This comprehensive compilation offers an accessible understanding, enabling you to comprehend the root of your sensations. Dr. Mercola's work in "EMF*D" delves into these complexities.

#2: In Dr. Neil Nathan's book, "Toxic," he delves into the intricacies of Lyme disease. Prior to my diagnosis, I grappled with symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome, depression, and fibromyalgia. These were terms thrown around by conventional medicine, grouping my experiences into a broad category of symptoms. However, upon discovering this book, I came to realize that my symptoms were indicative of Lyme disease, alongside additional toxicities and co-infections associated with it as well as mold toxicity.

Dr. Nathan's work sheds light on how environmental toxins, including carbon dioxide poisoning and heavy metals, contribute to our physiological stress, leading to oxidative stress within our bodies. This comprehensive explanation elucidates the complex interplay of these factors on our health.

#3: The "Safe and Sound Pro II" RF meter has become an indispensable tool for me, providing precise measurements of my exposure levels. This empowers me to make informed decisions about my environment, prioritizing areas with minimal magnetic fields for activities like sleeping or extended stays. To further minimize exposure, I've opted for the use of an EMF tent for sleep, where the RF meter registers zero.

Additionally, this RF meter plays a crucial role in identifying potential sources of radiation within my home, including smart water meters and remote controls for window blinds. Its high quality proves invaluable in maintaining a safe living space.

During moments of heightened electro-sensitivity, I rely on the RF meter to locate spaces with readings below 20, deeming them suitable. I find this range has proven optimal for managing my Lyme disease, as prolonged exposure beyond it can lead to significant discomfort and adverse effects.

When venturing outdoors, I meticulously choose parking spots with the lowest RF levels. I also position my car behind natural barriers like trees for added protection. At home, I depend on the RF meter to identify and remain in areas with consistently low readings, ensuring a safe environment. In essence, this device has become a cornerstone in effectively managing my electro-sensitivity.

#4: Next, we delve into the Tri-Fill electric field radio frequency meter, a comprehensive device that encompasses all three essential fields.  This meter not only measures radio frequency, but also voltages and extremely low-frequency electromagnetic fields, providing a comprehensive assessment of environmental exposures.  The Tri-Fill meter presents an integrated solution for those in search of comprehensive measurement capabilities, negating the necessity for acquiring three distinct meters.

#5: I use an HP Pavilion 15” laptop because it emits minimal radio frequency (RF) radiation. In fact, its RF emissions are consistently below 15 milliwatts per meter square, a notably low range compared to other laptops we've tested.  We tested other brands and they emitted substantially higher levels, ranging from 200 to 1000 milliwatts per meter square, even when all features were switched off.  Maintaining low RF emissions is crucial, as higher levels can lead to increased discomfort and potential health effects over extended periods. Ideally, a reading of zero is optimal, and anything below 20 is considered tolerable from my experience. Exposure to levels exceeding 50 have lead to pronounced discomfort and strain. This highlights the importance of selecting devices with lower RF emissions for prolonged use.

#6: Upon obtaining the Erickhill EMF Voltage meter, I was startled to detect heightened levels of electromagnetic fields (EMF) at the head of my bed. It became clear that the wall power points and adjacent power strips were significant sources of discomfort, leading to symptoms like headaches, dizziness, and a peculiar visual disturbance reminiscent of an antiquated film.

Using this meter allowed me to methodically assess and quantify the extent of EMF pollution within my home. This proved to be an eye-opening experience, providing substantial insight into the magnitude of the issue.

Now, I rely on this meter to effectively manage the electrical elements in close proximity to areas where I plan to spend extended periods. In fact, we've implemented a practice of switching off specific rooms at the circuit breaker level when we anticipate spending considerable time in them. This proactive approach has significantly improved our overall environment.
